Your yoga/breathwork/meditation session is customized to your group and includes free mat rental (up to 10).
You provide the space and I take care of the rest- the class, any props, music, ambience, etc.
Lavender cloths for savasana are also provided.

60-75 minutes up to 10 people

Additional costs for more than 10 participants, or for destinations further than 20 minutes from Boone may apply.
